The following kashrus alert is from the Atlanta Kashruth Commission on October 8, 2003.
It is recommended that Nori (Sushi) Sheets bear a reliable kosher symbol. As many as 85 percent of Nori sheets without kosher supervision contain flavoring, including shrimp flavoring, which may not necessarily be listed on the packaging.
