Safeway's Seattle Division is recalling 1/2 gallon size Lucerne Chocolate Ice Cream, because it may contain undeclared peanuts. The recalled product was distributed to less than 85 Safeway stores in AK, ID, MN, OR, (city of Milton Freewater), and WA between April 16 and April 27, 2004. The affected product has a 21130-08039 UPC number and a Best Before JAN 10 05 53-38 date. The code and date are located on the carton's end flap. Consumers who have purchased the affected product,may return the package to their local store for a full refund.
