The following kashrus alert is from the Vaad of Fairfield County on May 3, 2004.

Due to a series of technical violations of the kashrut standards and policies of the Vaad HaKashrus of Fairfield County, the Vaad has been forced to suspend certification of Thyme for Kosher, 1035 Newfield Ave., Stamford, CT, effective immediately. The Vaad of Fairfield County regrets having to take this action, understanding the service that Thyme for Kosher has provided for our community and the JCC, but believe that it was necessary.
