General Mills, Minneapolis, MN is voluntarily recalling its Crispy Glazed flavors of Pop Secret microwave popcorn. Some consumers contacted the company indicating they have had difficulty preparing the product resulting in the hot glaze coming in contact with skin and causing burns. This voluntary recall only includes the two Crispy Glazed flavors and does not include any other Pop Secret products including traditional Pop Secret Kettle Corn.
The affected product was distributed nationally to retail stores. 280,596 cases, containing products with the following two flavors, sizes and product code numbers are being recalled:

Crispy Glazed Caramel Corn
Two count box; 9.6 ounces; product code number: 16000- 13330
Four count box; 19.2 ounces; product code number: 16000- 13560
Five count box; 24 ounces; product code number: 16000- 40732

Crispy Glazed Kettle Corn
Two count box; 9.6 ounces; product code number: 16000-14800
Four count box; 19.2 ounces; product code number: 16000-14820
Five count box; 24 ounces; product code number: 16000-40733
