Bodek Fresh Salads (Lettuce, Cole Slaw, etc.)

• Retail: Fresh Salads with Date Codes Feb 12, 16, 19, or 22 should not be used. Refunds will be given for returned packages. All new fresh produce dated from February 26th and on, may be used.
  Bodek frozen items are not affected.
• FOR FOOD SERVICE AND INSTITUTIONAL ONLY:
  All new bulk fresh produce dated February 15th and on may be used.

The following kashrus alert is from Montreal Kashrus on February 11, 2005.
Please be aware that due to a possible malfunction of machinery, Bodek is voluntarily recalling all products containing fresh lettuce with expiration date 16th & 19th february, 2005. Please return these products to the store for a full refund.
