The following kashrus alert is from cRc dated June 8, 2005.

The new Mrs. Fields/Tcby Frozen Yogurt Cakes are only under the cRc supervision in original sealed box from the factory. Many TCBY stores open the boxes to personalize and decorate these cakes, which at that point the cRc no longer can guarantee its kosher status. The sealed boxes are kosher even when not bearing the cRc logo.
