The following kashrus alert is from the KOAOA on January 4, 2007.

Niblack brand Wheat Germ (Raw and Toasted varieties) distributed by Niblack Foods, Rochester, NY bears in error a Half-Moon K symbol that looks like a Pesach endorsement. The product is NOT acceptable for Passover use, and corrective action on the labels is being taken. The product is endorsed as kosher Pareve for regular use (not for Passover).
