The following kashrus alert is from the Vaad of Flatbush on May 7, 2007 with clarification from the OU on May 10, 2007 and additional information from the Vaad Hakashrus of Lakewood on May 18, 2007.
Effective immediately the Vaad of Flatbush is no longer responsible for the kashrus at Circa Express, 503 Kings Highway, Brooklyn NY due to kashrus and policy violations.
Ed. note: This store has no relation to the 2 OU Certified Circa-NY restaurants located at : 22 West 33rd Street and 5 Dey Street, NY, NY and the Circa in Lakewood, NJ which is under the supervision of the Vaad Hakashrus of Lakewood.
