The following kashrus alert is from the KOAOA (Half Moon K) on July 16, 2007.

Some breads produced by Oakhouse Bakery, Madison, Wisconsin erroneously bear the Half-Moon K symbol on the label. These breads are not kosher certified by KOAOA and the use of the hechsher is unauthorized. Packaging is being destroyed. These bread products are primarily distributed in Wisconsin. Consumers finded any mislabeled Oakhouse breads outside of Wisconsin are urged to contact us at ko@kosher.org.
