The Salad Kingdom flyer that is being circulated indicates that it is advertising for kosher certified take out food. The flyer displays an o/u and o/k on the bottom. The owner says that he does buy kosher ingredients, but since it is being prepared out of his home having kosher supervision is too expensive at this time. The KIB does not recommend this take out food for kosher consumers
