The following kashrus notice is from the Star-K on September 18, 2008 and revised on October 2, 2008.

Due to a recent fire at Tov Pizza, the 7 Mile Market, Baltimore, MD, prepared foods facility, temporary arrangements have been made to produce 7 Mile Market brand kugels at an off-site facility.
During this time, kugels will be marked Star-K MEAT (see product label).
Please note, these items are being produced using meat equipment and would not necessitate a six-hour waiting period before consuming dairy.
