The following statement is from KAJ: "We remind the public that K’hal Adath Jeshurun (“KAJ”) terminated its supervision of Agriprocessors (Rubashkin, Aaron’s Best) effective April 16, 2008. Only those products produced prior to April 16, 2008 are under the supervision of our Rabbinate. Recently, certain Agriprocessors products have appeared bearing our label. We have no knowledge as to whether those products were produced before or after April 16, 2008."
