The following South African kashrus alert is from the Beth Din of Johannesburg on December 3, 2008.

Pyotts Pretzola range has been reformulated and is no longer kosher. Stock purchased before 4th December 2008 is still kosher. Stock purchased after this date is not kosher, even when bearing the Beth Din logo.
(The Beth Din logo has been removed from new packaging, but some new non-kosher product may be packed in old packaging).
