The following kashrus alert is from the OU on March 25, 2009.

Smart Balance Omega Buttery Spread made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, GFA: A limited amount of this certified product has been erroneously distributed with lids from the Light Omega Buttery Spread which bear an OU Pareve designation. While the Light variety is certified pareve, the regular Omega Buttery Spread contains dairy ingredients. Corrective action has been taken.
