The following kashrus notice is from cRc on April 2, 2009.

AMIT Women distributed a pizza crust kit under the "Dean Jacobs" label. It originally contained several components including a sauce, pizza crust mix and spices and was all packed in one box which had a cRc–D sticker on it. Some of these boxes may have been opened, separating the different items, but all of these components are under cRc certification even though the cRc is only on the main outside box.
