Especially during this time of year, many companies come out with gift catalogues containing all sorts of foods from different suppliers. Many of these foods are shown to be under kosher certification, including the cRc. The products can not be guaranteed cRc certified unless the actual original factory unopened package bears the cRc logo. The mere mention of the cRc in the catalogue is not sufficient to determine the kosher status of the product.
