The following kashrus alert and notice is from the Atlanta Kashruth Commission posted on October 27, 2010.

Now and Later candies are not kosher. There was a Now and Later Product that was kosher when bearing an OU. This product was discontinued in 2005. At present all Now and Laters come from a non-kosher facility out of the country.
