The following chodosh information is from Y. Herman and Rabbi Weissmandl on January 19, 2010.

Y. Herman stated the following in his newsletter: "Liebers pretzels with barley or oats in the ingredients may be Chodosh despite the Yoshon label on the package."
A list of Lieber's products are under Rabbi Weissmandl's supervision and are Yoshon until January 31, 2011 at which time they will be rechecked can be found here.
