The following kashruth alert was from the cRc and confirmed by the OU on April 8, 2011.

The Kosher Bakery in the Evanston Jewel on Howard St. had some Cholov Yisroel dairy product inadvertently used in the bakery. Steps were taken immediately to rectify the situation and all questionable product was discarded. However, some loaves of bread (indicated below) may have been purchased by customers and as Nat Bar Nat D'hetera (YD 95 :1,2) the bread may not be eaten with meat. This applies ONLY to the following breads that were purchased on Wednesday April 6 and Thursday April 7. All breads in the store after this period were not affected.
