The following kashrus notice from the OU in respose to a reader's question on May 19, 2011 with additional information from the OK on June 2, 2011.

Santa Barbara mango/peach salsa is certified as kosher by the Orthodox Union. That the OU symbol was mistakenly omitted from the packaging.

From the OK: OK Kosher Certification is the current supervising agency for Santa Barbara salsas. OK takes responsibility for the kashrus when bearing the OK kosher symbol on the packages.
