Baytana Baklava, King David Baklava: Please be advised that all types of baklava manufactured by Baytana Bakery produced from June 1, 2011 onwards (with expiry date of September 30, 2011 or later) bearing COR 548 are in full compliance with the highest kosher dietary standards.

The following kashrus alert is from the COR on May 20, 2011.

Baytana Bakery bearing the expiry date of August 31, 2011or earlier should not be purchased by kosher observant consumers even when bearing COR 548. Corrective measures have been taken.
