The following South African kashrus alert is from the Beth Din of Johannesburg on October 31, 2010.

WOOLWORTHS YOGHURT: Woolworths are re-formulating some of their yoghurts and are NOT kosher. These yoghurts do not bear the Beth Din logo.
The varieties affected are:

1. 1 kg Low Fat Smooth Strawberry Flavoured Yoghurt
2. 1 kg Low Fat Smooth Vanilla Flavoured Yoghurt
3. 1 kg Low Fat Smooth Summer Fruit Flavoured Yoghurt
4. 6 x 100 g Low Fat Smooth Strawberry Flavoured Yoghurt
5. 6 x 100 g Low Fat Smooth Strawberry, Pear, Summer Fruit, Flavoured Yoghurt
6. 6 x 100 g Low Fat Smooth Strawberry, Vanilla, Banana Flavoured Yoghurt
7. 6 x 100 g Low Fat Smooth Mango, Cherry, Granadilla Flavoured Yoghurt

Please be advised that the packaging of the Woolworths Yoghurts must be carefully be checked for the Beth Din Logo.The following new Dairybelle Cheeses are kosher when bearing the Beth Din logo:
