The following change in certification is from the Rabbinical Council of New England on February 3, 2012.
The Butcherie, 428 Harvard St., Brookline, MA has recently decided to convert to a strictly Glatt Kosher operation, and naturally has chosen to approach the Vaad Harabbonim to receive KVH Kosher certification.
The KVH symbol will begin appearing on the Butcheries packaging beginning February 5th, 2012. All of the Butcherie's current product offerings are now certified Glatt Kosher. All pareve items are trully pareve, and there is a Mashgiach on the premises throughout all hours of operation.
The Butcherie now meets the highest standards of Kashrus, and approval of all community Rabbonim across the spectrum.
Ed. note: This applies only to the Buterie in Brookline and not to any other operation at this time.
