The following kashrus information is from the COR Twitter feed on December 5, 2012.
If a product is COR pareve and the label has a "may contain milk" disclaimer it is still pareve. This is a gov't required allergen warning.
However, the reverse, dairy certification, but no milk ingredients or allergen warning, flavorings can be milchig and not be reflected on the alergen warning of the product.
