The following Canadian revised health alert is from the CFIA on December 12, 2012.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume the Golden Boy brand Inshell Mixed Nuts described below because they may be contaminated with Salmonella. The affected product, Golden Boy brand Inshell Mixed Nuts are sold in 1.36 kg (3 lb) mesh bags bearing UPC 0 4684 10948 0.
This product was distributed through Loblaws banners as follows:
Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Sakatchewan: Extra Foods, No Frills, RCWC, Shop Easy / SuperValu, Superstore, Westfair, YIG
New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island: Cash & Carry/RCWC, Dominion, Freshmart / Red & White, No Frills, , Save Easy, Superstore
Ontario: Cash & Carry/RCWC, Freshmart, Loblaws, No Frills, Superstore, Valu-mart, YIG, Zehrs
