The following Israeli kashrus alert is from the the Israeli Chief Rabbinate posted on July 30, 2013 and translated by Rabbi Shalom Rosenfeld.

Some Magnum bars are made in Israel by Strauss and have the itty-bitty Strauss star symbol in the corner. Those are under the Rabbanut. Some are made outside of Israel (though can be sold in Israel) and only have the Unilever/Good Humor heart symbol, those ones aren't under the rabbanut. The packages could otherwise look almost identical.
