The following Canadian kashrus alert is from the MK on January 3, 2014.

The MK wishes to inform the public that some tex mex mix packaging in the 250 g. Format produced by KRISPY KERNELS may inadvertently bear a pareve MK symbol. These products are in fact dairy. Corrective action has been taken.
