Please be advised that Quebec strawberries were now found to be highly infested and therefore cannot be used until further notice.


The following Canadian weekly strawberry updaten is from MK on July 10, 2014.

Please be advised that Quebec strawberries were found to be clean of infestation.
METHOD OF CLEANING:

  1. The crown should be cut off
  2. Make sure not to make a hole in the fruit.
  3. The fruit should then be soaked in soapy water and rinsed, after which they may be used.
THIS NOTICE IS IN EFFECT FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 10-17TH, 2014.
