The following kashrus alert is from the OK Kosher Certification on October 29, 2014. This alert has been reissued on November 18, 2015 because the mislabeled product has been seen in stores.

Please be advised that a limited amount of the following Woodpecker products, CIBO VITA, INC. (Fair Lawn, NJ) and sold at T.J. Maxx stores were mistakenly labeled with the OK kosher symbol instead of the OK-D symbol:

Yogurt Covered Pretzels
Milk Chocolate Pretzels
Greek Yogurt Pretzels
Toffee Pretzels
Raspberry Pretzels
Blueberry Pretzels

THESE PRODUCTS ARE DAIRY. Corrective action is being taken.
