DASANI (R) PURIFIED WATER, 16.9 FL OZ (1.06 PT) 500 mL, BOTTLED BY A MEMBER OF THE COCA-COLA BOTTLERS' ASSOCIATION, ATLANTA, GA 30313, UPC 24pk- 2 4900003165 2 has been recalled because an equipment malfunction during production that may have led to the appearance of mold in some product.
