The following kashrus advisory is from the COR Detroit on January 31, 2015 with additional informaation from the OU in response to a reader's question on February 19, 2015.
Most varieties of KRAFT STRING CHEESE and KRAFT TWISTS cheese are now OU certified, but only when bearing the OU-D on the label. Those bearing KD are not recommended.
Ed. note: The Polly O cheese at Costco which has an OU-D on the outside bag and KD on the inside bags is certified by the OU and is acceptable to use.
