The following kashrus alert is from the OK Kosher Certification on June 10, 2015.

The Nut Box Choco N Nuts Mix, The Nut Box, 2724 Broadway, New York, NY With locations on Chelsea Market, Smith Street and Greenwich Village - 49 E. 8th Street.
A limited amount of Choco N Nuts Mix sold by The Nut Box was mistakenly labeled with the plain OK kosher symbol. This product is kosher dairy. Corrective action has been taken.
