The following British kashrus alert is from the London Beth Din on July 15, 2015.

Organix Finger Foods Baby Biscuits Banana listed as approved Parev on p.28 of The Really Jewish Food Guide 2015 have recently changed from oval shaped biscuits to rings. They now contain grape juice and are therefore Not Kosher.
