The following kashrus alert is from the Atlanta Kashruth Commission and aboutchocolates.com posted on September 9, 2015.
"Godiva Chocolate: Pre-packaged Godiva products with an OU-D are kosher. All Godiva Chocolate stores and products that do not bear an OU-D are not kosher. Chocolates imported from Belgium, liqueur truffles, items sold by the piece in Godiva Boutiques, Godiva Biscuits and Café Godiva coffees are not kosher. (Taken from the Godiva website)."
