The following kashrus alert is from the OK Kosher Certification on October 15, 2015.

Metro Deli Sour Cream and Chive Potato Chips, US Foods Inc., Rosemont, IL 60018: A limited amount of Metro Deli Sour Cream and Chive Potato Chips has been inadvertently packed with a plain “OK” kosher symbol, instead of the "OK-D" kosher symbol. Please be aware this product is kosher and dairy (cholov stam). Corrective action is being taken.
