Ghirardelli Chocolate Company would like to notify its customers that milk has been added as an ingredient to its Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips.
This recipe was changed to improve the overall quality and consistency of our Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips.
Ghirardelli ingredient statements are included on the packaging of all our products, including the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips, which now include milk as one of the ingredients. While we work to alert customers to any major changes to recipes, those with allergies or food restrictions are strongly encouraged to check the ingredient statements on our products prior to using.
