May 23, 2017: From the Seattle Vaad Twitter Feed:

The Seattle Vaad is pleased to inform the community that the equipment failure at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, 1900 1st Ave S. Seattle, has been resolved. The Vaad has taken the necessary steps to ensure the establishment again meets the required Kashrut standards.
As of today, Tuesday May 23rd, 2017, the Krispy Kreme (at this location only) is again Kosher Certified.

May 21, 2017: From the Seattle Vaad:

Due to a breakdown of machinery, the donuts now being sold at Krispy Kreme (1900 1st Ave S., Seattle WA 98134) were produced in another location. They are NOT certified kosher.
The donuts sold at 1900 1st Ave S. Seattle are not certified kosher until further notice.
