THE OV SYMBOL (a V inside an O) is the Kashrus symbol of the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis. Unfortunately, a number of companies use the same, or a similar, symbol to indicate vegan or vegetarian status. Some examples are Campbell’s “Well Yes” soups (not Kosher), and Fresh Finds French Fried Onions sold at Big Lots.
