January 3o 2018 from the Kof-K:

Please note that in Jewel Osco bakery department in the Chicago area, an error occurred where chocolate chip cookies were packed in bags with a KOF-K dairy emblem without authorization.The brand is called “Signature Select Chocolate Chip Cookies Baked in our Ovens” . Jewel Osco immediately has sent notices to all the stores that these bags must not be used.
