BLOK Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Couverture Square, BLOK Chocolatier LLC, 95 Lorimer Street, Brooklyn, NY 11206:
A limited amount of BLOK Chocolatier Dark Chocolate Couverture Square product was mistakenly printed with dairy ingredients in the ingredient panel. The product is certified kosher and pareve, and is correctly labeled with the OK Pareve symbol. Corrective action has been taken.
