A limited amount of Hy-Vee Yogurt Covered Cranberries, (Lot: L720618, Exp: 07/25/19) was mistakenly labeled with a a plain OK symbol, instead of the required OK D.
This product is kosher dairy certified, and correctly lists dairy in the ingredients.
Corrective actions have been taken.
