Kashrut Alert - Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Roll - Corrected

October 15, 2020 from the KVH:

It has come to our attention that packages of Trader Joes Cinnamon Roll Bread mistakenly bear the word Pareve. The product contains butter and is Dairy.
Corrective action is being taken.

October 18, 2020 from the KVH:

"The product is not a bread but rather a cake like item similar to a dense babka and could therefore be certified as dairy. We asked that they remove the term bread from the label for consumer clarity."

"This seems to be case of old labels turning up."

December 26, 2019, reissued October 15, 2020 from the KVH:
Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Roll Bread bears an unauthorized KVH Pareve symbol. This product contains dairy and is NOT certified by KVH Kosher. Immediate corrective action is being taken.
