August 24, 2020 from the Metropolitan Kashruth Council of Michigan:
Non-kosher Sanders Candy gummy bears and gummy butterflies that mistakenly bore Metropolitan Kashrut symbol were sold at the Sanders Candy Rochester, Michigan factory store. These products have been removed from the store and the remaining labels have been destroyed. Some products may have been sold to customers in the community.
Corrective action is being taken.
