August 10, 2021 from FDA:
Ballreich Snack Food Co. Tiffin, Ohio, is recalling its 1.5oz, 2.75oz, and 7oz packages of BAR-B-Q Potato Chips due to a potential contamination with Salmonella.
The recalled BAR-B-Q seasoned Potato Chips were distributed regional at retails and convenience stores within Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Central Ohio and around Southern, MI, and Northeast, Indiana.
The product is sold in a 1.5oz, 2.75oz, and 7oz bags, and clearly marked with a “Sell by Date” of the following, printed on the front of the bag.
Consumers who have purchased the Ballreich’s BAR-B-Q, with any of the above sell by date(s), are urged to not consume the recalled product and to contact Ballreich Snack Food Company during the business hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday at 1 (800) 323-2447 or email at chips@ballreich.com or utilize the website at www.ballreich.com for product replacement or refund.
December 28, 2020 from the COR Detroit with information from Paskesz; reposted on August 11, 2021 because the products may still be on the market:
HARIBO GUMMI CANDY in the general market contains animal gelatin and is not Kosher. Only special productions that state Distributed by Paskesz, with prominent Kosher marking from Rabbi O.Y. Westheim / Rabbi Shulem Landau printed on the front and back of the package, are Kosher, and are made with Kosher fish gelatin. Some packages found in Israel, and possibly other locations, have a sticker on the back stating in Hebrew “Kosher certified by Chug HaRambam of France". This product is not Kosher and the sticker is fraudulent. It was applied without Haribo's knowledge or approval.
The following kashrus alert is from a reader on November 12, 2009.
Some of the Haribo jellyfish and other Haribo products in the kosher section in Shaw's in Canton, MA are not kosher and are also made with animal gelatin. The same brand makes specials kosher runs (with fish Gelatin) and are distributed by Paskesz Candies.

July 23, 2021: From the COR:
Longo's Bake Your Own Butter Croissants are missing the Dairy Symbol
This product was incorrectly labelled without a DAIRY designation.
This product is DAIRY and kosher certified.
July 20, 2021 from the COR and Star-K:
LIFE SMART FRUIT COCKTAIL WITH CHERRIES, distributed by Metro Brands and sold in Canada, bears an unauthorized Star-K symbol. The lable is in French and English. The product is being recalled.

August 5, 2020 from the OU:
At the present time the following Oreo Sandwich Cookies do not contain dairy ingredients, although they are manufactured on dairy equipment:
The equipment is not necessarily cleaned before the production of these cookies, and there may be a small amount of dairy residue present. Nonetheless, the dairy component would be minimal, and from a Halachic perspective, the dairy residue is nullified (botel bishishim) and of no consequence. The bottom line of all this is that these cookies may be consumed after meat and poultry, but not simultaneously.
"Please bear in mind that the manufacturer may choose in the future to reformulate these products and add dairy ingredients. Since these products already bear OUD symbols, formulation changes would not be reflected in the OUD logo. As such, we recommend that consumers check regularly with our [OU] office to confirm the status of these items."

Clover Valley Coffee Creamer, sold at Dollar General stores, bears an unauthorized STAR-K symbol and is not certified by STAR-K. Corrective action is being taken.

הכוחות פשטו אתמול על המפעל שמספק בשר ברחבי הארץ ותפסו 10 טונות של בשר בקר וצאן מסוגים שונים, אשר הוברחו משטחי הרשות הפלסטינית ואינם ראוים לאכילה ועם תעודות כשרות מזוייפות של הכשר מהודר.

הבשר הוחרם והושמד על ידי יחידת הפיצו"ח של משרד החקלאות. החקירה נגד מספר חשודים בגורמי האכיפה השונים בעיצומה.

Rough Translation: Ten tons of meat unfit for human consumption, valued at NIS 1.5 million, confiscated and destroyed by Israeli inspectors in northern Israel. The meat originated in the PA, intended for distribution in Israel.
They found forged mehadrin kashrus certificates for the meat as well.
