As a result of this error, scum was detected in the product. All consumers in possession of bottles from all expiration date up to and including 30/04/2021 are urged not to consume the product and to call our customer service center at 0523209363 or to send us an e-mail to tango.maxa@hotmail.comto arrange for the product's return and to receive a different product in its place.

Beyond Better Foods, LLC, is recalling select pints from a single production run of Enlightened brand Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream pints because they may have been packaged in Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter containers and thus contain undeclared milk ingredients.
The affected product was distributed nationwide in grocery stores. Beyond Better Foods is taking immediate steps to recall all affected products.
This recall is the result of mislabeled product. Specifically, one lot of Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream was mistakenly filled in pint sized Enlightened brand Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter pint containers. These packages have a base container labeled “Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter” and a lid labeled “Chocolate Peanut Butter” without a “Dairy-Free” callout. All affected products have a “best by” date of November 5, 2021 which is printed on the bottom of the container.
Customers who have purchased mislabeled Chocolate Peanut Butter pints with a “best by” date of 11/05/21 are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Questions may be directed to 1-800-819-2998 Monday-Friday between 9AM and 5PM Eastern Time or to recallhotline@beyondbetterfoods.com.

Triscuit - Smoked Gouda, Mondelez Canada Inc. has a missing D – Dairy Designation – only from product sold in Canada.
The Orthodox Union certifies Triscuit Smoked Gouda as an OU D - Dairy product. This product contains dairy as indicated in the ingredient and allergen statements. Mondelez Canada Inc. is in the process of updating packaging to the correct designation.

"It has come to our attention that due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it is possible that some 7-11 and Royal Farms stores are not receiving their regular shipments of Slurpee syrups. Therefore, we are currently only able to recommend Slurpees from either the 7-11 off Hooks Lane at 1801 Reisterstown Rd, or the store near T.A. at 1 Greenwood Place which feature STAR-K certified Slurpee machines. At other locations you may possibly be allowed to check the syrup boxes in the back of the Slurpee machines for a reliable kosher symbol or approved label."

Due to an unexpected equipment failure, the following products from OK certified Matt’s Cookies (lot codes indicated below) are not Pas Yisroel: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Cranberry Walnut Cookies, S’Mores Cookies, and Salted Caramel Walnut Cookies. These lots are date coded between Nov 03 2020 - Nov 26 2020. The date code is ink-jetted on the package.

In preparation for the summer season we have been checking the infestation levels of fresh corn on the cob, and have been finding a very high amount of insects in the husks. However, once the husks are removed and the raw corn is washed, there are almost no insects left. (Part of our experiment has been to carefully remove the kernels from the cob to see if there are any insects underneath or between the kernels that the rinse did not remove.) We therefore recommend thoroughly washing each cob before cooking or grilling it. One should not grill the corn in its husk.
