The Mickey Delicatessen Food Fish and Salads Company Ltd. wishes to notify its customer public that an inspection was carried out on the 100 gram tehina salad product barcode 729000378267 expiry date 24.11.19 and found the likelihood of the presence of the listeria monocytogenes bacteria.
The above-mentioned product is not sold in the supermarkets and stores but only sold on the institutional market.
Simultaneously the company is acting to update its customers and collect the above-mentioned product if it is still on the shelf.
Any customers who are in possession of the above-mentioned product are requested not to consume it.

This is an announcement for consumers of dark chocolate bar, 60% cocoa solids with no added sugar.
An error occurred in the kashrut labelling of the product (barcode 72901123332110) in the 100 -gram packages, labelled with the "Best Before" date 15. JUL 07.2020.
Alongside the standard kashrut labelling "Badatz ha-Edah ha -Charedit–Dairy", on the front of the package, an additional labelling with the stamp "Kashrut Beit Yosef – Parve" was added to the back of the package by a clerical error.
This chocolate bar is under the hechsher of Badatz ha -Edah ha-Charedit, it is dairy, and it is not kosher for Passover.
For the record, the chocolate is completely safe for consumption, except for consumers with allergies, as listed in the allergen labelling.

Z&M Shabbat Takeout had no kashrus violations or any other violations.
The removal of the ORB supervision was a business decision for now.

November 20, 2019: From the OU in response to a reader's question:

The Multigrain Snack Crackers and Some Enchanted Cracker - Multigrain Crackers, are labeled OUD, but in fact, its true status, at the present time, is DE (Dairy Equipment).
What does DE mean? Parve products made with heat on dairy equipment may be eaten after meat, but not with meat.
Some kashrus agencies use a DE symbol, but the OU has chosen not to use a DE designation because it is felt it may be confusing to the kosher consumer. Also, to be a true DE product, the equipment must be properly cleaned of residue after dairy production, and that level of cleanliness is sometimes difficult to maintain and guarantee.
Please note that it is possible that the manufacturer will reformulate this product and add a true dairy ingredient. You will not be able to know this, since the OUD kosher symbol will remain the same. We recommend that you call the OU office every 3 months to reconfirm the DE status of this product.
