The following kashrus alert is from OK Kosher on March 13, 2012.

Please be advised that some packages of First Street 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn and First Street Extra Butter Microwave Popcorn sold by AM Consolidated, LLC (Modesto, CA) and distributed by Amerifoods Trading Company (available in Smart & Final Supermarkets) were mistakenly labeled with the OK (pareve) symbol, instead of OK-D. These products are DAIRY. Corrective action has been implemented. If you see these products please contact the OK office at 718-756-7500.

The following Canadian nut allergy alert is from the CFIA on March 12, 2012.

SUNWARRIOR WARRIOR BLEND RAW PROTEIN PLANT BASED from Raw Elements Inc has recalled 1 kg size Lot AC25111 ENJOYED BEST BY 03/2013, UPC 7 18122 58829 9 for undeclared Tree nut allergen.

The following kashrus alert from Kashrus Magazine online on March 12, 2012 and confirmed by the OK.

Ben-David Winery, based in Moshav Sdei Eliezer, was found to be using the "OK" symbol on bottles of Merlot 2008 (a dry red wine) without authorization. The label states “OK-P” (Kosher for Passover), but, in actuality, the wine has a regular non-mehadrin supervision and is the product of heter mechira grapes.

Please be advised that White Hot Chocolate K-cup manufactured by Timothy's World Coffee, is marked as "Pareve" and it should say "Dairy". The product is in fact DAIRY.

The following British kashrus alert is from the London Beth Din on March 7, 2012.

Dr Oetker Fine Cook's Dark and Extra Dark Cooking Chocolate are approved Dairy. These have replaced Continental Plain and Continental Extra Dark, which are listed as approved Parev on p.41.

The following kashrus alert is from Kosher Miami on March 7, 2012.

Effective today, March 7, 2012, Agadir Restaurant located at 3599 NE 207th Street, in The Waterways Shops in Aventura, has decided to not be Kosher Certified and is NO LONGER under Kosher Miami supervision and certification.
It is our understanding that they are NO LONGER KOSHER CERTIFIED.

The following Mexican kashrus alert from KMD Mexico on March 1, 2012.

Se publico que las salsas de la marca Del Fuerte dejan de contar con supervision a partir de la fecha de caducidad Diciembre 2012 la fecha correcta es Diciembre 2013.
Translation: Del Fuerte sauces are not certified if the expiration date is after December 2013.

The following kashrus alert from the OU on March 6, 2012.

Dirty Potato Chips Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips, Dirty Potato Chips, Gramercy, LA. Some 2 oz. packages of Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips were mistakenly labeled with a plain OU mark, without the D-Dairy designation. This product contains dairy and should have been labeled OU-D. Corrective measures are being implemented.
