Hummus 21, 1055 1st Avenue, New York NY, (near 57th Street) printed fliers with the OU mark. The Orthodox Union does NOT certify Hummus 21. Corrective measures have been implemented.

The following Mexican kashrus alert from KMD Mexico translated by Rabbi Moshe Peretz on November 23, 2014 .

The London Berry store located at the second level of the Liverpool´s gourmet area in the Paseo Interlomas in Mexico City´s suburb of Interlomas claims to have KMD supervision. This claim is false, and KMD is taking the necessary steps to stop their false advertising campaign.

The following kashrus alert is from the IKC in response to a reader's question on November 24, 2014.

Trader Joe's Maple Walnut Blondies are mislabeled with the IKC Kosher symbol without a D.
This product is under IKC supervision, but it contains butter and is kosher dairy.

The following kashrus advisory is from Koshertoday and confirmed by the OU on November 19, 2014.

Koshertoday reported that K Cup products that are kosher only have a symbol on the box and not on the individual cup. Since there are non-kosher K-cups being produced, this can cause a problem.

The following kashrus alert is from the OV – Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis on November 21, 2014.

It has been brought to our attention that the Quezel Brand sorbets sold locally bear the word "Pareve" and are mistakenly assumed to be kosher. These sorbets are not under the Vaad Hoeir’s (OV) certification or any other kosher certification. They are not kosher certified.

Old London Melba White Cheddar Snacks, B & G Foods Snacks, Inc. are certified by the Orthodox Union as an OU D - Dairy product. This product contains dairy ingredients as set forth in the ingredient and allergen panels. Some packaging was mistakenly printed with a plain OU symbol. Corrective measures have been implemented.

The following Canadian kashus alert is from the COR on November 5, 2014.

President's Choice: PC® Infant Formula For Babies Sensitive to Lactose With Iron, Omega 3 & 6 730 g sold at Loblaw Company stores across Canada was was inadvertently labelled as Parve. This product is kosher DAIRY.
Corrective action is being taken to ensure proper labeling.

The following kashrus alert is from the OU on November 20, 2014.

InDivine 70% Dark Chocolate, Divine Chocolate Inc., Washington DC: Divine 70% Dark Chocolate Coins are certified by the Orthodox Union as OU D – Dairy products. Some labels mistakenly have an 'OU DE' (Dairy Equipment) designation. While the ingredient statement does not list any dairy ingredient, the Orthodox Union does not guaranty the halakhik 'dairy equipment' status of this product. The Orthodox Union does not currently certify products with a DE designation except for certain infant formulas. Corrective measures have been implemented.

The following kashrus alert is from the OU on November 14, 2014.

La Molisana Pasta with Squid Ink, La Molisana Campobasso, Italy: La Molisana dark pasta contains squid ink and is not kosher. Some packaging mistakenly bears an unauthorized OU Symbol. This product is being sold in the UK and possibly elsewhere. Corrective measures are being implemented.
