Prosobee Soy Formula (Mead Johnson) bears the following certification: OU-Pareve ingredients, Made on Dairy Equipment." The 3 oz, size bears just an OU with a note to "See carton" for details. This is the first use by the OU of a "Dairy Equipment" designation.

Oreos and Chips Ahoy in the vendor size (6 cookies) are OUD certified, even if not bearing an OU. No other size is acceptable without an OU designation.

A number of packages of Fleischmanns' 70% corn Oil Unsalted Margarine Spread Sticks bear OU Pareve on the outside packaging and mistakenly bear an OU-D on the inner foil wrapping.
The product is actually pareve.
