The following Passover information was from the Chicago Rabbinical Council Kosher Consumer, March, 2002.

Lipton Decaffeinated Tea Bags which are under the OU, are acceptable for Pesach use, even without the OU P symbol. Any other decaffeinated tea bags require a special Pesach hechsher. All regular non-flavored (caffeinated) tea bags are acceptable for Pesach even without special supervision.
